How do I get Premium back on a new iPhone?

Open Settings in the app, then “Restore purchases”. Use the same Apple account as for the purchase. The same button is at the bottom of the Premium screen.

I entered a round wrong

Open the list of rounds from the game screen, tap the round and correct it. All the scores are recalculated.

We do not play with the same values

When you create a game, open “House rules”: the points of every contract can be changed, and the game keeps them until the end.

How do I change the game or the language?

Both are in Settings. The language follows your iPhone by default. A game already started keeps the rules it began with.

Are my games saved somewhere?

They are stored on your iPhone only: there is no account and no server. Deleting the app deletes them.
